Guilt Free Brownies

These guilt free brownies really hit the spot if you’re cutting out or are intolerant to gluten and dairy. I throw in Hemp protein to make these a great treat after a workout. These chocolatey treats are sweetened with maple syrup so are all natural and delicious!

 

Combine the folling in a bowl:

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup raw cacao

1/2 cup almond meal

1/4 cup hemp protein

1 tsp of vanilla essence

3 eggs

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

Crushed macadamia nuts

Spoon mixture into patty cases and bake at 180 degrees for 9 minutes. Poke with a toothpick to check the centre is cooked. If the toothpick comes out clean you’re good!
