This veggie treat takes less than 5 minutes to make and is a great, fun way to put some more nutrition in to your kids diets.
2 small ripe avocados stoned and peeled
Juice of 2 limes
250ml natural yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp honey
- Put all of the ingredients in to a food processor and whiz up til the mixture is smooth.
- Have a taste test and adjust sweetness if necessary
- Pour in to ice block moulds and freeze overnight
- Eat and enjoy!
