1. Hold baby firmly with both arms. Squeeze gently to produce giggles and realease love hormones.
2. Keep your upper body straight and look directly ahead of you. Dont look down. Engage your core. The extra weight of the baby will help this.
3. Step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until they are bent at about a 90 degree angle.
4. Return to the standing position. Repeat 10 times and then switch legs.
