- 1 cup of fresh baby spinach
- ¾ cup of coconut milk
- 1 cup of pineapple
It’s great to freeze the pineapple beforehand so your smoothie is nice and cold when you drink it and you don’t have to add any ice.
Watermelon Basil Smoothie
- 5 cups of cubed frozen/chilled watermelon
- ½ cup of coconut water
- 4 large basil leaves
